Customer Service Representative

This position is 95% customer service.  With that in mind, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with animals AND their human counterparts.

Responsibilities include meeting & greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, computer invoicing, financial transactions, setting up new clients and patients, preparation & maintenance of medical records, admitting & discharging patients, filling prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance.
